During this 5 week course, we will work together on a step-by-step guide for your brand. We will discuss your worries, how to get ideas down on paper, how to be more confident and believe in your brand. I will be here to guide you through all the processes

Week 3: What is a Tech Pack and why do I need one – What a tech pack includes
Week 4: How to start with Sourcing – Where to start, Who to ask, What questions to ask, Trade shows, pricing and quotations
Week 5: The Manufacturing Phase – Types of Manufacturing, The manufacturing Process, Choosing the right manufacturer,

I am Caroline and I am the founder of Rosebudd Design Consultancy
I have over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry working with various high street retailers, brands, consultancies, and suppliers. This has given me a solid understanding of the marketplace and the experience and expertise to run my own consultancy helping start-up brands and established fashion brands.
After setting up as a freelancer 13 years ago and working with a few start-up brands, I realised that there was a gap in the market for a full-service offering. Clients would come in with an idea for a brand but wouldn’t know how to go about sourcing fabrics, finding manufacturers and how to get their product to fruition. As well as designing for clients I started offering the full package from design to delivery.
Over the last 7 years, I have worked with many start-ups that have gone onto be successful and are now thriving. It’s great to see clients’ ideas come to life and to have been able to help and advise them along the way. The aim is to give clients the knowledge of the process as well as offer a service, that way the client can feel fully in control and is able to make the right choices for their business,
From the knowledge I have gained I thought it would be a useful guide to start-ups or recently launched brands to offer an online course to give an overview of the design processes involved in setting you your own brand so you can make your own informed decisions.
